Inauguration of NIPM Pune Students’ Chapter We are proud to announce the successful inauguration of the NIPM Pune Students’ Chapter at Vidya Pratishthan’s Institute of Information Technology (IIT), Baramati, held on Saturday, 10th January 2026. The ceremony was graced by eminent dignitaries including Dr. Kalyan Pawar, Chairman-NIPM Pune Chapter, and Dr. Anand Deshmukh, Director- VIIT, Baramati, whose insightful addresses inspired students to pursue excellence in the field of Human Resource Management. The event featured a digital inauguration of the Students’ Chapter, an overview of NIPM, and distribution of NIPM Student Membership Certificates, marking an important milestone in strengthening industry–academia collaboration and HR professionalism. This initiative will empower students with opportunities for learning, networking, leadership development, and exposure to contemporary HR practices under the guidance of NIPM Pune Chapter.

The NIPM Pune Chapter successfully conducted another 'one-day training and knowledge-sharing program on the New Labour Codes' at Baramati, Pune. The session witnessed valuable insights from eminent speakers: Adv. Patvardhan shared his expert views on the Occupational Safety, Health & Working Conditions Code and the Code on Wages Mr. Jayant Kulkarni shared views in detail on the Code on Social Security Mr. Prashant KShirsagar explained the Industrial Relations Code comprehensively. All three speakers beautifully highlighted the necessity, procedures, and practical aspects of the New Labour Codes, making the session highly informative and interactive. This successful program would not have been possible without the continuous support and encouragement of all members. The program was attended by 70 NIPM members along with around 30 students from VIIT Baramati, reflecting enthusiastic participation and learning spirit.

NIPM पुणे चॅप्टर च्या माध्यमातून नवीन कामगार कायद्यांवर कार्यशाळेचे आयोजन By कामगार नामा December 02, 2025

पुणे: नॅशनल इन्स्टिटयूट ऑफ पर्सनल मॅनेजमेंट, NIPM Pune Chapter आणि S B पाटील इन्स्टिटयूट ऑफ मॅनेजमेंट सोबत संलग्न होऊन दि.29 नोव्हेंबर 2025 रोजी S B पाटील इंस्टिट्यूट ऑफ मॅनेजमेंटमध्ये ‘नवीन मजुरी संहितांचे विश्लेषण (NEW LBOUR CODES 2025) हे सर्व औद्योगिक क्षेत्रातील कंपन्या मधील HR प्रोफेशनल साठी चार मजुरी संहितांचे Decoding या विषयावर एक दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यशाळा आयोजित केली होती.
यामध्ये मुख्यत्वे चार सत्रे होती चार सत्रे होती -

मुख्यतः पहिलं सत्र अधिवक्ता अद्वैत पटवर्धन यांनी व्यावसायिक सुरक्षितता, आरोग्य आणि कामकाजाच्या परिस्थिती संहितेवर (Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code), दुसरं सत्र अधिवक्ता जयंत शाळीग्राम यांनी सामाजिक सुरक्षा संहितेवर (Soocial Security Code), तिसरे सत्र डॉ. श्रीकांत मालेगावकर यांनी औद्योगिक संबंध संहितेवर (Industrial Relations Code) आणि चौथं सत्र अधिवक्ता पंकज मोहालकर यांनी वेतन संहितेवर (Code on Wages) घेतले यानंतर पॅनेल चर्चासत्रे आणि प्रश्नोत्तर सत्रे झाली.

या कार्यशाळेला पुणे सहित नाशिक, सातारा, कोल्हापूर आणि महाराष्ट्रातील इतर भागांमधून 175 पेक्षा जास्त HR व्यावसायिकांनी उपस्थिती लावली. कार्यशाळे दरम्यान, सर्व अधिवक्तांनी नवीन संहितांच्या मुख्य वैशिष्ट्यांबद्दल, त्यांतील मुख्य भिन्नतांबद्दल, आणि HR व्यावसायिकांनी त्यांच्या संस्थांमध्ये आता अंमलात आणावयाच्या क्रियाकलापांबद्दल स्पष्टता प्रदान केली. प्रत्येक सत्रानंतर प्रश्नोत्तर सत्रे झाली.

ज्यामध्ये अधिवक्त्यांनी सर्व शंकांचे निरसन केले आणि सर्व प्रश्नांची समाधानकारक उत्तरे दिली. या कार्यशाळेदरम्यान अधिवक्ता पटवर्धन यांनी सांगितले की, पूर्वी असलेल्या 13 वेगवेगळ्या कायद्यांना आता OHS कोडमध्ये एकत्रित केले गेले आहे. त्यानंतर डॉ. श्रीकांत मालेगावकर सरांनी सांगितले की, पूर्वीच्या 3 मजूर कायद्यांपैकी आता एक औद्योगिक संबंध कोड लागू करण्यात आला आहे. अधिवक्ता पंकज मोहालकर यांनीही सांगितले की, पूर्वीच्या 4 मजूर कायद्यांमध्ये आता वेतन संहिता लागू केली गेली आहे, आणि अधिवक्ता जयंत शाळीग्राम यांनी सांगितले की, नव्या सामाजिक सुरक्षा कोडचं आता केंद्रीय सरकारकडून अमलात आणले गेले आहे, जे पूर्वीच्या 9 कायद्यांपैकी एक आहे. हे सर्व Codes आता २१/११/२०२५ पासून लागू करण्यात आले आहेत.

तसेच, DMC Finishing School Pvt., Ltd चे डॉ. संजय झोपे आणि त्यांची टीम, त्यांनी सर्व सहभागींसाठी इतर प्रशिक्षण साहित्यासह किट्स देखील उपलब्ध करून दिले. तसेच, YSF (Yuva Shakti Foundation) ज्याचे प्रमुख श्री मोतिरामजी पवार , डॉ. सतीश पवार आणि त्यांची टीम, त्यांनी सर्व सहभागींसाठी डिजिटायझेशन तसेच बॅनर आणि बॅजेसची छपाई यासाठी संपूर्ण सहकार्य दिले. आणि YSF कडून सर्व आवश्यक मदत उपलब्ध करून देण्यात आली.

तसेच, NIPM पुणे चॅप्टरचे अध्यक्ष डॉ. कल्याण पवार, सचिव डॉ. अजीत ठाकूर, आणि इतर सर्व समिती सदस्य तसेच कार्यकारी समिती सदस्यांनी गेल्या एक आठवड्यापासून या कार्यशाळेला यशस्वी करण्यासाठी अथक परिश्रम घेतले.

NIPM पुणे चॅप्टरचे डॉ. कल्याण पवार यांनी सत्राचे उद्घाटन केले आणि कार्यशाळेचा सूर निर्धारित केला, तसेच आभार प्रदर्शनाचे काम पुणे चॅप्टरचे उपाध्यक्ष श्री बाळासाहेब सोनवणे यांनी केले.

अधिवक्ता प्रशांत क्षीरसागर जे NIPM पुणे चॅप्टरचे अतिरिक्त सचिव आहेत, यांनी या कार्यक्रमाचे सूत्रसंचालन केले, आणि या कार्यशाळेच्या आयोजनात त्यांचा खूप मोलाचा वाटा होता.

या कार्यशाळेचे सर्व सहभागींनी खूप प्रशंसा केली, कारण आज हा विषय खूप ज्वलंत विषय आहे कारण भारत सरकारनी हे सर्व ४ नवीन कोड्स २१/११/२०२५ पासून सर्व भारतभर लागू केले आहेत आणि हे संपूर्ण भारतातील सर्व उद्योगांसाठी लागू होणार आहेत, पूर्णपणे अमलात आणले जाणार आहेत. त्यामुळे ही कार्यशाळा खूप महत्त्वाची होती, आणि सर्व सहभागी खूप उत्सुक होते, त्यांनी बरेच प्रश्न विचारले आणि त्यांचे शंका निरसन सर्व व्यक्ते यांनी केले.

डीकोडींग ऑफ लेबर कोड’ सत्रात नव्या कामगार कायद्यांवर सखोल चर्चा एनआयपीएम पुणे, पिंपरी चिंचवड़ आणि लेवा चेंबर ऑफ कॉमर्सच्या यांच्या संयुक्त विद्यमाने आयोजित चर्चासत्राला उद्योजकांसह मनुष्यबळ विभागातील अधिकाऱ्यांचा मोठा प्रतिसाद लोकमत न्यूजनेटवर्कपिंपरी ः नव्या कामगार कायद्यांवर ‘डीकोडींग ऑफ लेबर कोड’ मार्गदर्शन सत्र
पिंपरी चिंचवड : उद्योग, नियोक्ता आणि कर्मचारी यांच्यावर नव्या कामगार कायद्यांचा परिणाम समजून घेण्यासाठी NIPM पुणे, पिंपरी चिंचवड-चाकण चॅप्टर आणि लेवा चेंबर ऑफ कॉमर्सच्या तर्फे ‘डीकोडींग ऑफ लेबर कोड’ या विषयावर मार्गदर्शन व चर्चासत्राचे आयोजन करण्यात आले. लेवा चेंबर ऑफ कॉमर्सच्या सहकार्याने हे सत्र एएसएम सीएसआयटी कॉलेज येथे २४ ऑगस्ट रोजी पार पडले.
या सत्रात वरिष्ठ ॲड. अशोक गुप्ते यांनी २९ विद्यमान कामगार कायद्यांचे चार नव्या कोड्समध्ये विलीनीकरण, वेतन, औद्योगिक संबंध, सामाजिक सुरक्षा आणि व्यावसायिक सुरक्षित या कोड्समधील बदलांचा सविस्तर आढावा घेतला. या बदलांचा कामगार वर्ग, कॉन्ट्रॅक्ट लेबर्स, गिग वर्कर्स, संघटना आणि उद्योगांवर होणारा परिणाम तसेच मनुष्यबळ विभागाने घ्यावयाची दक्षता यावर त्यांनी मार्गदर्शन केले.
सत्र दरम्यान उपस्थित एचआर व आयआर अधिकाऱ्यांनी शंकानिरसन करत प्रत्यक्ष अंमलबजावणीतील अडचणी आणि उपाययोजना यावर चर्चा केली. या उपक्रमामुळे सहभागींसमोर भविष्यातील तयारीचे दिशानिर्देश आले.
या कार्यक्रमास १५० हून अधिक अधिकारी, उद्योगक्षेत्रातील मान्यवर आणि तज्ज्ञ उपस्थित होते.
आयोजनात NIPM पुणे चे अध्यक्ष कल्याण पवार, डॉ. संजय झोपे, तसेच पिंपरी चिंचवड-चाकण चॅप्टरचे प्रदीप मानेकर, नवनाथ सुर्यवंशी अणि लेवा चेंबर ऑफ कॉमर्स चे श्री संजय राणे या इतर पदाधिकाऱ्यांचे योगदान राहिले. निवृत्त कामगार उपआयुक्त श्री. काकडे व अनेक मान्यवरांनी सहभाग नोंदवून अशा ज्ञानवर्धक सत्रांची गरज अधोरेखित केली.
या सत्राने नव्या लेबर कोड्सचा सखोल व व्यवहार्य दृष्टीकोन दिल्याने मनुष्यबळ विभागासाठी हा उपक्रम मार्गदर्शक ठरला.

Successful Completion of “AI for HR” Workshop – NIPM PuneChapter

On 23rd August, the NIPM Pune Chapter hosted an interactive and highly engaging workshop on “AI for HR”, and the response was truly overwhelming!

HR professionals from across Pune came together to explore the transformative potential of Artificial Intelligence in areas like talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and workforce analytics. The workshop was designed to be hands-on, with real-world case studies, live discussions, and practical insights, enabling participants to understand how AI can drive smarter, data-driven HR decisions.

A special thanks to our trainer Dr Ganesh Soni, whose expert delivery, clarity, and practical examples made complex AI concepts easy to grasp and highly engaging.
